BOOKING POLICY

RAMOS only administers to female clients.

Payment & Fees:

• Payment is due at the time of booking through an online bank transfer

• Service fees listed at the time of booking are the amount you will be charged.

• From time to time due to location, time of the day, length of session, and number of

• acupressure sessions the prices may change. The final cost will be listed at the time of booking.

Cancellations:

• All reservations shall be supported by providing a screenshot of the transfer of bank payment.

• Cancellations made before 24 hours of your appointment time will be refunded in full.

• Cancellations made 5 hours prior to the appointment will be refunded by 50%

If you do no not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

The therapist retains the right to terminate the session at any time for inappropriate conduct from the client. This includes but is not limited to inappropriate touching, vulgar language, harassment or intoxication on the part of the client. If a session is terminated no refund will be paid to the client.

Medical Waiver & Disclaimer:

RAMOS provides therapeutic acupressure therapy services. The client agrees to provide any known medical conditions that might be affected by acupressure services. RAMOS is unable to provide pregnancy acupressure or post-surgical rehabilitation. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any medical conditions to RAMOS before the start of your session. Medical conditions include but are not limited to:

• Heart conditions, stroke, diabetes, skin conditions, and cancers.

RAMOS cannot diagnose any medical conditions or provide referrals for medical treatment or tests. All sessions need to be done with the approval of your doctor and medical advisor.

Privacy:

Any information received from clients shall be deemed strictly personal and confidential and RAMOS agrees it shall not divulge any information received from the client to any person or entity without such
